Requested
A new job just came in. Tap Acknowledge receipt so the agent knows it's on your schedule.
If you don't have a sign for it, tap “Out of inventory” instead — don't leave it sitting.
On order
You've told us you're out of signs. The agent and the office have both been told it's on order,
and you won't be chased about this one. When a sign comes in, tap Signs are in — acknowledge.
Acknowledged
You've got it and it's on your list. Tap Start job on the day you actually head out.
Only acknowledge jobs you're really scheduling — once a job goes past its need-by date,
you and the office both get a nudge every third day until it's finished.
In progress
You're on the way or on site. Finish with Upload install photo & complete —
that photo is what the agent sees, so it's the proof the job is done. Past the need-by date this
one gets the same every-third-day nudge, so if something is blocking it, tell the office.
Installed
Up and done. Nothing more to do until the agent asks for it to come out.
Removal requested
The agent wants it pulled. Tap Upload photo & mark removed once it's out of the ground.
RemovedFinished. It drops off your active list.
A job left at Requested gets you a reminder text and email every 24 hours until you tap something —
and the office is copied on those, so they can see what's waiting on you.
Tapping Out of inventory stops them coming to you and sends them to the office instead,
because then it's a sign to order, not a job to do. Acknowledging a job stops the daily reminder,
but once it's past its need-by date a slower one starts — every third day, to you and
the office — until the job is actually finished.
